Ginekolog is the surgical specialtiy dealing with the health of the female reproductive which includes the uterus, vagina and ovaries. Women face a number of gynaecological issues all over the world, starting from the onset of puberty till the menopause (cessation of the menstrual cycle). Typically, girls reach puberty around the age of 12 around the globe. The onset of puberty depends on a variety of factors including the environment, climatic conditions, and the genetic history of the girls. Gynaecologists are specialist consultants, to whom the patients are referred to after examination by the General Practitioners. As with other fields of medicine, the main diagnosis is through clinical history and examination. Examination by a ginekolog practitioner is quite detailed and intimate. The tools required in such examination are speculums. This consists f two hinged blades of metal which retract tissues of the vagina to examine the cervix. Most of the ginekolog issues faced by women all over the world are:
a) Cancer of the reproductive organs like the fallopian tubes, uterus, vulva and the vagina. b) Amenorrhea which refers to the state of women in which the menstrual cycle is absent. c) Dysmenorrhea which means extremely painful menstrual cycle experienced by the patient. d) Infertility which is the incapability of the women to conceive. e) Menhorragia which refers to a heavy blood flow during the menstrual cycle. f) Prolapse protruding reproductive organs due to the loosening of the ligaments.e
Sexually transmitted diseases are on the rise mostly in the poverty stricken areas of the world, where education in sexual health is limited to only a few people. Even in first World Countries, promiscuity prevails and does the instance o sexually transmitted diseases. One such disease is the kondilomi or more commonly known as the genital warts. These appear on the genetalia, in the anal area, internally in the upper vagina or cervix, and in the male cervix. The lesions are raised and pink in color. No symptoms are witnessed by the patient there is no itching or burning sensation or any pain during sexual intercourse or during urination. Kondilomi is caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Most of the sexually transmitted diseases are caused by the HPV. This virus I known to infect many cells but the appearance of visible warts may take several years, that too when the immune system is suppressed. Kondilomi can cause extreme psychological stress and the people who suffer from them can be a victim of guilt and embarrassment. Genital cancers and HPV have been found to have some kind of link which is why it considered extremely important to practice safe sex.
As soon as a woman reaches puberty she is able to give birth to a child. The condition of carrying one or more off springs in the uterus of a female is known as trudnoca (or pregnancy). Multiple gestations are possible as in the case of twins or triplets. The total gestation period of humans is 38 weeks from conception. Ultrasound pictures are a result of sound waves. Ultrasound machines are used to send sound waves through the body, which upon reflection produce an image on the screen. Ultrazvuk trudnoca (Ultrasound during pregnancy) has revolutionized women care during trudnoca. Many fetal abnormalities are investigated, and taken care of via ultrazvuk trudnoca.

Chapter 3 – How Abnormal Urogenital Flora Affects the Host This is Chapter 3 of a 14-Chapter presentation which outlines the science behind the probiotic strains L. reuteri RC-14® and L. rhamnosus GR-1™. This presentation is presented by Dr. Gregor Reid, Ph.D., MBA, who is a renowned probiotic researcher and the world’s leading expert in using clinically-documented probiotics to address women’s health concerns. Dr. Gregor Reid, along with his colleague at UREX Biotech, Dr. Andrew Bruce, have been investigating the use of probiotic bacteria to address women’s health issues for over twenty years. In the 1980′s, their discovery of two Lactobacillus strains, specifically L. rhamnosus GR-1™ and L. reuteri RC-14®, has since led to over 20 published clinical trials and over 200 peer-reviewed publications that have documented the various beneficial effects of these two probiotic strains when taken orally. The health benefits include improved vaginal and urinary tract health, as well as restoration of a normal vaginal microflora profile in women who are experiencing bacterial vaginosis.

I totally understand you.
People think that chubby babies are healthy. But not! All babies are healthy, no matter their weight.
If they are happy, active, smiling, laughing, eating, running.. Then they are healthy.
My daughter was born at 7.12 pounds, but always gained weight slowly.
She's now 14 months and only weighs 18.4 pounds at the moment.
She eats fine, just is small. My husband is a really thin and short guy, so i'm guessing she will be the same.
I never listen to anyone. She is happy, healthy, walking and playing. So I don't worry.
I would only worry if a baby was super thin, lethargic, tired all the time, not happy. etc..
ADD. Don't understand why i got thumbs down?

I am not a parent and do not have children. And aside from my grousing about the ineptitude of many physicians today and the medical schools in which they train, I believe that so much falls to the the institutes in which these doctors and executive administrators work.
However, what catches my attention most is the following: " Had I been told that I was risking my baby's health or that something like that could have happened I would have had no problems doing what was best and having the c-section that would have been alot easier to have a healthy baby from the very start! " There appears a communication failure first of all. I mean, was there naive deception at play here — wherein they knew full well that they knew the apt and proper ways all the while but chose not to come forward with the truth, preferring to abide their own conveniences, — for whatever reason?
You cannot know if this were the case, however. I suppose that 'maybe' a woman physician would have better discerned how to work with you and your husband under such emergent conditions, and who would, I think, bear greater insight on what to do. Yet, we can only speculate on that, too.
But this does appear to have been a communication lapse, in which on one hand, you did not know the questions needing asked. And the delivery teams did not share that there might be a more apt method to employ at the outset. After all, you were in labor 56 hours: that is over 2 days, in which some staff person could well have deliberated on what is best given the apparent difficulty of the labor.
We have to wonder what would be the indication if more perceptive physicians and nurses were in the field of obstetrics and neonatology; that is, should 56 hours of pain and stress be thought proper for 'anyone' to endure? When a mother and in this case a father as well do not know what path is best to take, the responsibility ultimately falls to the medical team itself to determine the best protocol — in fact, even more.
I believe that you would do well to talk with people generally — if your nervous systems can bear with re-living this over and over again, and you both can keep anxieties at bay. Therefore, go and talk to other mothers, talk to medical social workers and people generally; not so much as regards the legal aspects, but rather just to get more grounding and consolation, and to make better sense of this and be afforded some form of validation. Then talk to the delivery doctor himself and the delivery staff so that you can get a real human feel and insight as to just what went awry and what shall be done about this aside from the usual neonatal care.
With that you can digest what just occurred, then better discern if you and your husband should wish to proceed with litigation — which may not entail financial compensation but rather this time round good communication in addition to comprehensive follow-throughs beyond what is the usual regarding your infant's progress, which at this point must be of paramount importance to you and your husband. Seeking financial reparation alone may well be a little too hasty at this juncture for you own sanity's sake. However, you both would be wise to have begun establishing a solid basis for all your sakes beforehand should unforeseeable complications develop.

Don't listen to the idiots. Get her spayed now. Good for you wanting it explained. It doesn't change their personalities at all. The incision is about a half inch long. Barely visible. Just look at it every day. No need to do anything to it. Call the vet if it gets red, swollen or hot to touch. Stitches out in 7-10 days. Congrats on joining the responsible pet owners club!
